La ubicación, barrio tranquilo y era fácil llegar al centro de Madrid en metro

Elegí este departamento por tener parking incluído pero es solo con reserva previa y no estaba disponible. Me hubiera gustado que esto este un poco más claro a la hora de hacer la reserva.

Location at the edge of the main part of Madrid, but a nice neighbourhood. Large park area nearby which was handy for our little dog, who stayed with us. Groceries and some nice bars/restaurants not far away. Handy to bus and metro.

"Fijne locatie, super schoon en mooi ingericht appartement."

Het appartement was erg goed gelegen, dichtbij openbaar vervoer en veel bezienswaardigheden. Ruim dakterras, leuk om even een momentje rust te pakken of voor de kinderen te spelen. Alles was mooi schoon, genoeg meubels om op te zitten en aan tafel, fijn dat de tafel kleiner en groter kon worden gemaakt om te eten. Leuk ingericht en oog voor detail zonder dat het in de weg staat, optimaal gebruik gemaakt van alle ruimten. Een aanrader voor iedereen!

De drie trappen waren voor onze kindjes van 2 en 4 jaar en oma toch wat te zwaar, volgende keer hopelijk een plekje op de begane grond of 1e verdieping. De pannen en messen in het keukentje waren al aan de oude kant waardoor alles bleef plakken. 1 persoons matrassen van de kleinere kamer waren wat doorgezakt. De badkamermeubel was met wat duntape vakkundig aan elkaar gezet, maar dit was niet storend. Wat wel veel herrie maakte was de ventilator in de badkamer.

"Excelente: tranquilidad a 10 min del centro turístico."

El apartamento limpio, moderno y buen mantenimiento. La ubicación estaba muy bien, a 2 minutos el metro linea 5 y autobuses . La zona tranquila y muy fácil aparcar en la calle, en zona verde. Nos dejaron un detalle como recibimiento: bombones, galletas y patatas chips. La entrega de llaves muy fácil.

El edificio no dispone de ascensor.
