La Casa Verde - Ruzafa

Spotlessly clean, gorgeous mosiac floors, size of apartment which was great for 4 nights. Provision of shampoo, shower gel and water was a nice touch. Good communication with host. The apartment was approximately 25 minutes to the Cathedral and 15 minutes to the City of Arts and Science. Restaurants and bars nearby. 2 supermarkets 2-3 minutes away.

Only minor issues but there was no tea and coffee( or coffee pod machine). Roberto kindly provided a toaster once requested. A couple of wine glasses would have been nice as well. There is room for a 2 seater settee which would have been nice.

Great location, great apartment perfect to enjoy a short stay in the city. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated including the beautiful mosaic. Great attention to detail. I can’t wait to go back

This was an excellent place to stay for our first visit to Valencia. Ruzafa is a lively, attractive area with lots of commerces and nice retaurarnts. There are buses nearby, and an agreeble 25 minutes walk to the historic centre and 20 minutes to the City of Arts and Sciences. Our thanks to Roberto, who was a friendly and attentive host.

The apartment is very clear and nice, Roberto is a really helpful host. We are really satisfied.

Very well equipped studio flat, had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. We were able to cook a meal when we wanted, there was also a toaster and kettle. Bed was comfortable. Place was very clean, modern and well maintained. A/C heating was appreciated as it is cold at nights in January. Great location in the heart of the ruzsafa district and easy walk to most places, but metro also close by. Roberto the host communicated really well and sent across some restaurant suggestions. Website photos were a true reflection of the property. Would definitely return.

No complaints at all. Maybe a thicker duvet or thicker extra blanket would have been nice (I was fine, but my wife does feel the cold), but used the A/C which heated the place up nicely instead and we were plenty comfortable.

We are returning guests. The apartment is perfect for our needs for a comfortable base to stay in central Valencia. Most of the sights and attractions are within walking distance. Roberto is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host and responded quickly to a request we had.

Really cozy, spacious and on a great location. Roberto is also a great host.

Nothing to complain, we had the bad luck the air conditioner to break, but such things happen and our host supported us however possible.

Robert is very helpful and flexible. We were able to make late check-in (around 1am) and we were allowed to leave the luggage inside after the check-out. The apartment is super nice, comfortable and clean. The area is quiet and has restaurants nearby. The center and the science museum are within walkable distance.

The upstairs neighbours make some noise and the isolation is not so good in this matter. Had to use ear plugs.
