Da rivedere il concetto di stile industriale! appartamento poco accogliente con travi grezze a vista anche nel bagno. In bagno occorre almeno un cestino per la pattumiera e uno sgabello per poter appoggiare qualcosa.non è sicuramente bellissima la vista in bagno delle scope !(Allego foto)

¡Excelente apartamento con un anfitrión excepcional! Para empezar, quiero destacar a Roberto, el propietario. Es una persona maravillosa y un dueño de primer nivel. Desde el momento de la reserva, estuvo siempre en contacto, y cuando llegamos, nos trajo mantas adicionales en un par de minutos. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación es inmejorable: hay tiendas, restaurantes y bares cerca, y las principales curiosidades de la ciudad son accesibles a pie. Si se necesita transporte público, hay paradas de autobús y metro muy cerca. Incluso llegar a la playa en autobús es muy sencillo. Nuestra experiencia fue excelente, sin ningún inconveniente.

Roberto is an amazing host, very communicative and very supportive! The location is also very good, everything is quite close from it. The street is also quiet so you don't get lots of noises at night. The apartment itself is well equipped and comfortable. You can explore Valencia from here easily. Also, lots of cafes/shops around so everything you need is close to you. Would really recommend if you are visiting Valencia!

The host was very friendly and available to help whenever needed. The apartment is in a good location for bars and restaurants, and has been decorated nicely.

It was clean, had everything we needed, in a great location and the host was very friendly. We loved staying here as a mother and daughter and thought it was a great size for 2 people.

I felt the bed could have been more comfortable. A good bed is important for me.

This is a very charming studio apartment in a lovely area of Valencia, very clean, comfortable and lovely big shower.. 20 minute walk to the old town… Roberto was extremely accomodating and helpful with everything including restaurant tips in the area.. the local pub one block up has 5 minute chess games on Thursday nights, a hit with my husband, 😊

Actually everything was great and well considered.

Our host was truly kind. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in without any issues—the access to the apartment was smooth. Everything was just like in the pictures. There was even a small gift waiting for us. It was a really thoughtful gesture! We also received recommendations on which breakfast spots and restaurants were worth visiting. I can definitely recommend this place!

What unfortunately annoyed us from time to time was that there seems to be a loud family living above the apartment. We could hear a lot of noise in the mornings and evenings. Of course, this is something the host has no control over.

It has everything you need, the location is perfect just to walk into the main area in about 15/20 mins!
