Apartaments Vacations Playa del Ingles

Everyone has different expectations, if someone wants to spend time in a hotel, this is not a good place. Great place for tourists, members actively explore, wonderful island. Plus, access to the swimming pool, which is supervised for cleanliness throughout the day. Nice neighbours. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants and other services nearby.

We stayed at 301, the smallest room I had ever seen. The walls were pretty dirty, and the shower was getting flooding . Place needs a refurbishment asap . The pool area was clean, but there were 0 facilities. I had to go into my room to use the bathroom . Poor experience!

Host was excellent. She met us as promised, gave us access to the apartment. The little touches impressed us. There were snacks and drinks left for us free of charge. Our host was very pleasant, had good English. She provided us with all the information we required and recommendations for food and things to do. She was available on whatsapp for the duration of our stay. We were offered late check out on our last day. The apartment was very clean, bright and recently decorated. Everything we needed for self catering was present.

The building the apartment was in had old and tired decor in the public areas.

excellent apartments, I liked everything, convenient location, quite quiet, there was no noise from the neighbors, my children made louder noise)) I was pleased with the compliment when we met, wine, beer, Fanta for the children)). I recommend for relaxation.

The apartment was bright and clean with everything that we needed including a supermarket opposite. There was plenty of free parking

The common parts - the corridors, the lifts and the external areas were in poor condition and some areas appeared dangerous (bare electrical cables, lots of tiles missing in the swimming pool, trip hazards within the swimming pool complex). It is a shame as the owners of the apartments expect the managing agents to upkeep these areas. Finally the large rubbish wheelie bins were stored in the lower ground floor lift lobby therefore any guests visiting the swimming pool had to pass by these smelly bins full of food and other waste, and with temperatures in the high 80`s and 90`s it smelled disgusting - so unfair on the owners and yourselves who, I am sure, like other guests would not find this acceptable.

Well equipped, location, neighborhood.

Price was to high, 70Euro/night would be appropriate.
