Enough space for two people, a separate bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette. WiFi worked well. Complimentary bottle of wine and snacks. Pool area, enough free sunbeds, beach towels. Free parking in the yard. 5 minutes on foot to Yumbo Centre, 5 minutes by car to Playa del Ingles.

The building is a bit dirty, the elevators are very small and often do not work. The towels are very worn and stained. More garbage bags and clean towels would have been expected for a week's stay.

Good location, working a/c, clean, everything we needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out were easy. Parking was quite full but we always found a spot - and it's free!

Shower tends to flood the bathroom floor, even after the drain was cleared. USB sockets would be helpful, but otherwise no major complaints.

"Lovely stay"

Location, lovely clean and modern apartment number 614. Nice pool. Nice pool bar and the owner of the bar very friendly. Close to shop and local restaurants. Approx 15 min walk to the beach.

Very loud from the busy street outside. Air-conditioned only in leaving room. Bedroom was quite warm, hard to sleep at night.
