Vintage & Cosy Auditorium

The hostess was very kind and helpful. I developed severe back pain toward the end of my stay and could not walk. She found me another property to stay at when my reservation expired and even did some errands for me while I was immobile, like buying me groceries and an electric adapter. She also brought me an extra heater. She was available by whatsapp and all concerns were answered promptly, such as other travellers in the building who were making a lot of noise.

The facility is located close to the center, close to many shops, cafes, the beach in a straight line about 1 km, well-connected neighborhood. The airport is about 20 minutes by bus.

In the apartment above the rented apartment there was noise at night between midnight and 3 am. Cleanliness at the level of superficial cleaning, lack of basic supplies such as toilet paper where the roll left is half the volume, no garbage bags and basic spices such as sugar and salt. Yellow bedding gray with holes, poor quality filling with a bad smell, a sheet that did not match the mattress that kept curling up. The sofa was dirty, it was good that it was covered with a blanket. Towels smelled musty after washing in the washing machine. The shower head holder was damaged. Not enough cutlery and dishes like bowls. Equipment such as an iron were delivered after 2 days even though they were supposed to be in stock in the apartment.

Location and the size of the apartment it was just right. It had all the utilities and the location is just right a couple of minutes away from the busy city centre. The design of the place is really nice and cosy. The neighbourhood is quiet so you can proper rest at night and/or work during the day. It a good place to stay over, and since I booked it for a long time, it has a warm home wibe. Definitely recommend it.

It was a bit dusty in certain places. Since I've booked for a long stay, I would have expected them to provide more essential toiletries (eg. Soap, toilet paper) as well as the option of having some cleaning products and not only (e.g. Bin bags, cleaning products for floor and other surfaces)
