Let's start from begging, I informed the property manager that we will be coming early, they dint help with early check in, neither with keeping our bags. When we came after 15h they said they dont know if previous guests left yet ( they did and apparently a while a go) they didn't bother to help at lest with bags! After we took in possession the room it was supposed to be "clean" but the floor was full for little dust or send sticking to our feet. The shower was super dirty - the lower part of the doors I'll add some pics for you to judge if it's clean or not... They had only 3 tiny bottles of shower gel and they said : ".. its already a courtesy! we don't have to give it anyways!" Never seen or heard such a thing! No shower rug!!!! The most horrible part is the towels that were clean, but once you use them and they become wet - they start to horribly smell! TOWELS HAD SMELL OF ROTTENNESS and MOLD!!!! We didn't wanted waist other time fighting with owner and we bought a new towels for us... When it cames to location its slightly far from the beach and center , but if you use to walk its ok, HOWEVER ITS NOT CALM! NEXT DOOR THERE IS A NIGHT CLUB.- They said that unfortunatly there is nothing to do - but an honest information about it can be nice! So don't count to sleep calmly during the weekends and Fridays. I mentioned all above to the property manager she said thanks for telling us we will work on that. I hope so, but I wont recommend this place as a quality and price are not good at all! P.S: we left our shower gel that we bought for next clients haha and room is smaller vs description. dont over pay this owner who barely bothers to renovate or buy a proper shower bottle for clients ( it's less than 2€ for a 500ml in Spain)

Good location, close to Plaza de toros and not far from Mercado central and Santa Barbara castillo. 20 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely little apartment, quiet neighbourhood and amazing tiny balcony to sit by and drink café in the morning sun.

The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything you could need during a stay! With some adjustments at the room and a little effort it could be the perfect accommodation

- there was a lot of hair on the floor and bathroom surfaces, all colors …. -you have to buy toilet paper and shower gel if you stay more 1 day

A really nice vibe of the apartment. Comforting and nicely selected decor pieces. Very functional kitchen and cooking equipment. The room was even better that the pictures provided!

An underground parking was provided but it was an old structure and extremely difficult to park in for a foreigner with a large rented car. The surrounding area was unusually crowded with cars, so it was almost impossible to park alongside the streets.

This is a lovely place, handy for the super Market and Little Shops. It was about a 15-minute walk to the sea front.

It had everything in the room that you would need to say. It was great value for money. We enjoyed everything about alicante. Lovely place to visit, we recommended you take a look at this Airbnb.

Self catering. Kitchen facilities were excellent, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Showers: powerful and hot. Outside space: lovely

Soundproofing between us and upstairs apartments not good, could hear furniture being moved and flushing toilets and showers. But this only disturbed us at night (our upstairs neighbours were particularly noisy between midnight and 2am!)
