Casa con Palmera - Port

It was close to the beach the shops and the metro! The apartment was really nice for the 2 of us! They had everything we needed and for the price it was perfect!

The host was great! She was very pleasant and responsive. She gave us beach towels when asked. The location worked great for us because we were in town for a beach wedding. A short walk to the beach and 15 minutes in a car to the center of Valencia. It was nice to have a washing machine and a full kitchen.

My complaints are the same as the ones stated by other reviewers. The main problems with this place are 1) This is not a 2-bedroom apartment. It is a converted garage (or storefront?) that has 2 beds in it separated by swinging doors that don't cover the entire door frame and are mostly glass. Plus, you have to walk through the inner "bedrooms" from the "outer" bedroom (that has windows to the street) to use the bathroom or kitchen. 2) The noise from upstairs was very, very loud. 3) There is not really a comfortable dining area. There is a small kitchen table but only 2 people can really use it at the same time. 4) There is no yard or terrace. Someone's review mentioned it was more of a technical area with a storage shed, AC units, and a place to dry your clothing. That is a more accurate description of the space.

Location was great for us, the hosts were very nice and with us being from America, was helpful we could communicate in English, were responsive to needs, were willing to share information about public transportation and local spots, nice having kitchen area

was a little noisy from people walking on the street at times. Beds were OK not as comfortable as a hotel bed

Sorry all for delay It was clean, but bad smell from dampness, The owner asked to dry the towels in the backyard because inside they newer be dry, also asked to economy the electricity to cut them cost and not run so long air conditioners. The bulbs were only for small light But even opening the doors to the backyard was not nice, there was just a smell from the drainage. Front metal doors with the gap approx 1 inch taped with the masking tape, sounded the same as you on the street and this is bedroom. It is a garage with a free smell.

The apartment was very clean, everything you need for staying and enjoying your holiday was there. Perfect location, close to the beach and metro station, lots of cafes and restaurants.

It is not an apartment, it is a garage made apartment, when you enter you have directly the bed, zero privacy, no terrace or a comfortable area for dinning or have a lunch. Well equipped and clean. The hostess is very nice, her partner, however, is very intimidating and rude, all the time he was trying to find problems to keep our cash deposit, of course he did not find anything, but the man gave us a very bad time.
