"A perfect place to stay in Murcia"

Location was perfect for exploring the town and to escape the midday heat. Beds were comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Flat was spotless and had everything we needed. It even had a kettle for our morning cup of tea. It's on the 3rd floor but there is a very good lift. If we are ever back in Murcia we would definitely stay here again.

Ubicación excelente, amplitud y luminosidad del salón y limpieza. No faltaban utensilios en la cocina. Volvería a repetir sin dudarlo.

Por decir algo, el sofá se hundia y era un poco incómodo y faltaba una mesita bajita en el salón.

"Ducha no traga agua"

La ubicación del alojamiento es buena, en pleno centro de Murcia, pero la experiencia no ha sido satisfactoria.

La ducha tenía un problema serio: el agua salía con mucha presión pero el desagüe no tragaba bien, hasta el punto de que si la dejabas unos minutos se acumulaba agua y podía inundarse el baño, llegando incluso a salir hacia el salón. Además, se escuchaban ruidos constantes desde la planta de abajo, lo que dificultaba el descanso. La vivienda necesita claramente más mantenimiento. La calefacción apenas funcionaba, por lo que la casa estaba bastante fría durante la estancia. En cuanto a la comodidad, la cama no era especialmente cómoda y el sofá aún peor. En general, creo que el alojamiento tiene potencial por su ubicación, pero necesita mejoras importantes para que la estancia sea agradable.

La ubicación junto a la catedral es excelente, la comodidad del piso, muy moderno y bonito y especialmente Isabel, la anfitriona. 10/10.
