The apartment was ideal ..three bedrooms for three separate individuals. It was comfortable though dark.....due to its location on a narrow street in the old town.

There was no regular cutlery though there was a supply of large knives and other useful kitchen accessories. There were no regular sized glasses . What was still available was very good quality. It would seem as if the missing items were not being replaced although guests could easily have been billed for breakages etc. in order to replace very necessary items . Prospective guests would need to be warned to come equipped with cutlery and glasses !

The keys were picked up from an office 10 minutes away from property. I thought it was going to be close or next to property.

The shower door it was not closing completely in the center.

Lovely area, right in the centre of the old town and walking distance from the beach. Beautiful area. Right beside coffee spot for early croissants and coffee. We loved the area for easy walking to all pintxos bars etc.

Nice apartment but could do with a deep clean. (Just spots overlooked in a regular cleaning I guess.) I emailed the owner the details. Having said that I would stay here again and recommend to others .

Key to exterior front door wouldn’t always work

Location great. right in middle of the old town. close to beach and all amenities on doorstep. Clean and good communication re key pick up and check in etc.

VERY noisy. Bar directly opposite the bedrooms and bedrooms on street side. bar is open until 4am every night and VERY loud at weekends. one big bedroom, one medium and one very small. mattress in small bedroom needs replacing - collapsed and uncomfortable. one toilet which is directly off kitchen/dining room. flat smaller than it appears in photos.

the bathroom was clogged, toilette, sink and shower. need to repair that

Very good location in the old centre to access restaurants, bars, the beaches, walking, culture, and shopping. Decent price given we stayed there during the regatta weekend, probably made better for avoiding the peak summer period.

The keys were available from a place about 20 minutes walk from the actual apartment (although instructions were provided in advance and easy to follow). The keys were tricky to use at times, with the door to the building not opening for 10mins on a couple of occasions because of the latch being stuck. Eventually working after some vigorous pushing and pulling of the door against the frame. There was no toilet paper, and the body wash provided was minimal for four people using the place for four days, we ran out of that after a day. There was no cutlery apart from one spoon. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee provided. It got quite noisy from the street on Friday and Saturday nights, particularly with a bar directly opposite, but suppose that is to be expected from the centre of the old town (the windows and shutters did a decent job of muffling the noise, but still needed ear plugs for sleep)
