Luxury Apartment in Costa Adeje

Conocemos la urbanización desde hace años y las piscinas son una gozaba aunque deben hacerles mantenimiento. En cuanto al alojamiento me gustó que tenía utensilios suficientes y toallas de piscina.

El apartamento dentro de la urbanización estaba al final de una calle de forma que la terraza era muy calurosa durante el día, ademas la sombra se la terraza es una sombrilla que no cubre toda la mesa. En cuanto a las habitaciones hay una de ellas que no tiene ventana y resulta inhabitable, era preferible dormir en las hamacas de la terraza. Ademas la limpieza es mejorable pues el suelo estaba sucio y algunas toallas de baño con manchas… Por ultimo, a pesar de tener un contacto fluido con la persona que debía entregarnos las llaves, a la hora de la entrada llegó una hora tarde y a la hora de la salida no avisó al personal de seguridad de que debía abrirnos el portón de la urbanización como nos había dicho.

La terraza. La seguridad, todo el recinto con cámaras y seguridad todo el día, las piscina. Todo super limpio

Los colchones, se deberían de renovar.

Super Wohnung. Super Ausstattung. Es gab vor Ort was man brauchte.

Es wenig weit von schluss. Ohne Auto wäre es schwierig.

I was a little bit bewildered when asked to pay a late checking in fee… I had communicated what time we was arriving and we was well within that time however a late fee was asked for. Slightly disappointing Check out was supposed to be between 11/12am and I received a message saying we must vacate by 11am as the cleaners are coming. They did say we can stay by the pool but again I feel that between 11/12 should mean just that.. Location beautiful if you don’t walking however if you struggle with walking this apartment isn’t for you as it is quite a walk to the front entrance..

Property was just what we needed for a family stay. Lovely complex with pools and a few small shops and restaurants/bars nearby. Not a great deal within walking distance but we headed into the main town a few times which was a 15ish min taxi where it’s more lively.

The description states a 150sqm property, the apartment itself with a terrace is about half of it. The parking lot is chaotic, no one knows where it is, so we parked on the street. There is no view from the terrace, I can see the neighboring building.
