The accommodation is located in a quiet guarded area, with private parking, pool and pool bar. The apartment is well equipped and the host was friendly and helpful. Thank you Abraham

The beds are a bit uncomfortable, the bathroom is a bit outdated and the staff at the pool bar are quite unfriendly. The third room does not have a door, this can sometimes cause some inconvenience, it would not hurt to include it in the description

The property is on a beautiful complex very clean, the pools and area were very nice . The property was very secure and in a great area, but quiet for some but not for us it was perfect.

Two of the bed in the property wasn’t very comfy but still didn’t spoil our break . We also didn’t like the attitude of one member of the bar staff who was very rude on a number of occasions from as soon as arrived which ended up after a few days with a disagreement….we then would not use the bar which was a real shame as the food and drink was very good the first few days .

The property we booked looked perfect! the property we received was not as advertised and clearly this is misrepresentation and fraud

The apartment was situated next to a ramp and a car park at the bottom of the complex. Thus was not a 3 bedroom apartment with 3 separate rooms with doors. The “third bedroom” was little more than the electricity cupboard with a single pull out trundle bed that made a horrific noise from the electrical board. No privacy, no proper twin beds, no doors, unsafe for children. The bathroom had black mould all around it and mastik around bath. The wooden sink unit was rotting and coming apart. the water went dangerously hit a health hazard to children as dangerously near boiling and at times unpredictable. The floor was unsafe and slippery with insufficient bath mat, resulting in 90 year old falling and hurting hip. The bathroom door had no lock so can only assume others have had accidents and had to be released. The cupboard above the cooker was falling off, all knobs had erased numbers on cooker so unsafe and cooker door dangerously hot so hazzard to children and adults again. The utensils and kitchen supplies were substandard and certainly not luxury. The apartment was not cleaned properly under beds, living room lamp did not work, everything was tired, cheap and falling apart. It was clearly not set up for 6 as the outside table was only for 4 and seen better days and well worn and bowed and two sunbeds that were very stained and dirty. The host providing keys was very unhelpful, wouldn’t answer questions and told us we had to leave a day earlier than our legally booked time, telling us to leave the day before. No apology. Then was badgering us to try to find out when we were leaving after telling us all communication had to go through owners or booking.com. We asked for owners to contact us and have full photographic evidence of all.
