Very nice, clean and spatious apartment. Self check-in and check-out was super easy. Instructions were clear and sent in advance. There was a huge fridge. Internet working well. Nice and modern shower with hot water and good water pressure. It was possible to park on the street in front of the apartment, but the street was quite narrow and I am not very skilled driver so I was leaving the car on the nearby parking place or nearby streets (up to 5 min walk).

The washing machine was in the shared laundry room. The washing machine looked a bit dirty, but not a big deal. It worked. It wasn't clear from the initial instructions where to find the laundry room (As I found out later the opposite side of the building really means the other side - entrance from Calle Peatonal Eufubria). I had to ask for more details , but I got reply quickly also with the photo of the entrance door. It helped a lot.
