- großes, geräumiges Apartment - super Lage: alles fußläufig erreichbar, Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe - Tiefgaragen in näherer Umgebung - sehr nette Gastgeberin, die lokale Tipps geben kann und zuverlässig und schnell kontaktierbar ist - bequemes Bett - schöner Blick auf eine typische Straße in der Innenstadt

- kaum kostenfreie Parkplätze vor der Tür vorhanden - relativ warm im Apartment (auch nachts)

María José, la anfitriona, es muy atenta como dicen en los otros comentarios. Nos ofreció traernos ventiladores si teníamos calor y hasta se disculpó porque el primer día llegamos más temprano de lo esperado y ella no podía llegar antes. Además, el piso estaba muy limpio y bien equipado y la ubicación era excelente, en pleno centro de Oviedo y a 15 minutos de la estación de autobuses.

Por poner una pega, las almohadas eran un poco incómodas y la persiana grande estaba muy dura y costaba mucho bajarla.

Beautiful loft in the perfect location! Nice street view! The place was so wonderful that I want to stay longer! I would definitely book here again and would stay longer next time. Bed mattress is good. Bathroom very clean and neat. Room feels comfortable and makes you feel like you live in the city and not a traveler. The host is wonderful and lovely and makes you feel so welcome!

"Wonderful apartment and host"

The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, even gave us very welcome parking tips. The apartment and house were really nice to stay in - sheltered us from rain, was easy on the eyes, good WiFi... We enjoyed our one night here quite a bit.

The windows let in a lot of sound from the street, keep that in mind. I use earplugs so this was not a big deal for me, we loved this booking.

"Great stay very comfortable"

Location was walking distance to town and was in the heart of restaurants and shopping easy access with lift and great contact with property owner very easy to access and was perfect to cook at home if needed.
