"Great place for a stay in the old town."

Location was fantastic. Easy to find everything we needed within a five minute walk. Host arranged for the taxi transfer from the airport and met us at the door with the keys.

Ran washing machine while taking showers and ran out of hot water. Key was a little tricky as the prior guest caused an issue and door had to be re-keyed.

Nice and helpful owner, apartment in the center of Oviedo, comfortable mattress, necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories.

No air conditioning, it was very hot in the apartment. We dont mind to open the windows but it was noisy. At midnight, the gentlemen were taking garbage (24:00) bins in such a way that they would even wake the deceased, a lot of noise is also caused by the street under the window. If you try to rest in the night you propably should look another apartment. No parking close to apartment also
