Great location!

Shower leaked.

The apartment is very central to the city and the beach with lots of walks nearby. The apartment is quite basic but fine for 1 week, no washing machine but there's one in the basement a pay per use.

The view, I booked an apartment with a view, although that's challenging in a city, but anything would have been better than looking into a car park. Also there was no bottle opener, so bought one for €5 .

No Washing machine in room (contrary to listing)

We stayed in an alternative that the company offered as this one had a technical issue. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and absolutely perfect. Had all necessary kitchen utensils, easy to use washing machine, vacuum cleaner etc. Located in a parallel street to the upper part of the beach Las Canteras . Good location (although 30 min by bus to La Vegueta. Bus stops nearby.

The instructions to get into the main door were wrong. The lady at the emergency number (we arrived late in the evening), was very slow and not easy to deal with. The apartment door had another issue, and the same lady wasn’t helpful again. This was stressful.

It’s very hard to communicate with them, the dishwasher didn’t work since the first day and we spent the whole month calling them and messaging them all the time without the problem to be solved, also the air conditioning some time won’t work since it’s linked to the windows and you have to keep opening and closing the windows till it work The reception is closed and the building is not clean since they spend days before they clean it and there’s a bad smell all over the building, also no privacy in the toilet since it’s glass door with no lock even The washing machine is in the basement and you have to pay for it

The location is great, easy access to everywhere. The building looks nice, the room decoration is also modern. TV is good and you can play netflix on it. THe kitchen facility is good, with dishwasher.

The toilet has sewage smells. it is the only downside. In the night, if you close the window, the sweage smell can go all over the apartment, making me headache. I really hope that the host can fix this issue fot this place to become 10 out of 10 perfect place.
