We like the size and equipment of the 2-bedrooms’ flat. It was modern, well designed, bright, with comfy beds (1 double + 1 bunk beds). The location close to the beach (300m), and also from the bus stop to old city too (200m). Elevator, good WiFi, dishwasher, kettle and microwave (no oven). We found a cheap carpark (3€/day @800m next to acuario poems del mar) thank to the friendly check-in lady

What spoiled our stay was the really awful smell from the bathroom of our flat (4A) and which pollute the whole flat: so filthy it made us want to vomit. If the problem can’t be solved by management, at least they could provide silicone bathtub/sink stoppers. Also the flat windows are badly soundproofed.
