Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji, blisko do katedry i Alcazaru. Właściciel przesłał nam dokładne instrukcje, jak na maleńkiej uliczce znaleźć drzwi wejściowe do kompleksu i póżniej do apartamentu z patio. Apartament niewielki, ale czysty i zadbany, dość ubogo wyposażony w sprzęty kuchenne, ale wystarczające do przygotowania śniadania czy kolacji. Wygodne łóżko, zajmujące prawie cały pokój. WIFI bez zarzutu. Ograniczona liczba kanałów w TV, głównie po hiszpańsku. Kamienica zadbana, czysto, ładne patio, wspólne dla mieszkańców. Na kilka dni - doskonałe za bardzo przystępną cenę.

Widok z apartamentu na ścianę kamienicy naprzeciwko, bardzo nieatrakcyjny, głośny sąsiad z dołu, trzeba zamykać szczelnie okna na noc. Brak balkonu, który był w ofercie na booking - tylko drzwi balkonowe.

CLB Sierpes Apartment è un vero gioiello nel centro di Siviglia!** La posizione è perfetta: sei a due passi dalla Cattedrale, dall'Alcázar e dai tipici tapas bar, ma l'appartamento rimane silenzioso e rilassante. L'arredamento è moderno, curato nei dettagli, e il letto è comodissimo dopo una giornata di esplorazioni. L'host è **super disponibile**: ci ha dato consigli su posti autentici dove mangiare (provate la vicina 'Casa Morales'!) e su come muoverci in città. In più, l'appartamento era pulitissimo e aveva tutto il necessario, incluso un Wi-Fi veloce. Se cercate un posto **accogliente, centrale e con quel tocco in più che fa la differenza**, questo è quello giusto. Tornerò sicuramente!"

Il doccino della doccia non sono riuscito a farlo funzionare. La chiave magnetica non ha funzionato.
