Μικρό σπίτι, άνετο για ένα άτομο, σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Άνετο κρεββάτι. Καθαρό διαμέρισμα. Υπήρχε ασανσέρ και 2 σούπερ μάρκετ κοντά. Σε κοντινή απόσταση ήταν τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος και μια στάση λεωφορείου που πάει κατευθείαν στον σταθμό τρένου.

Δυστυχώς υπήρχε μια δυσκολία στο check in, και επίσης οφείλετε να έχετε προϊόντα καθαρισμού για το πλυντήριο ρούχων, δοχείο απορριμμάτων στο μπάνιο, δοχείο απορριμμάτων με καπάκι στο χώρο της κουζίνας, χαρτί κουζίνας ή χαρτοπετσέτες, λάδι. Επίσης τα σφουγγάρια κουζίνας δεν ήταν καινούργια. Ένα από τα τηγάνια ήταν πολύ παλιό και έβγαζε μουτζούρα δηλαδή ακατάλληλο για χρήση. Το αιρ κοντισιον δεν είχε μεγάλη ψύξη και έκανε θόρυβο. Η πόρτα ήταν παλιά αλλά έκλεινε ικανοποιητικά.

Don't judge the property on the outside appearance of the building or the small walkway in which it is situated! After struggling a bit to locate the building - searching for CLB Sierpes Apartment on Google Maps took us to "Green Apartments" further down the street - the apartment was a nice surprise. Small and compact, but with everything that you may need, clean and beautiful. Nicely located in the centre.

It would be nice if something could be done for the outside-doors to close softly or not with so much force, as it is noisy, especially at night. When anyone enters the building, the door "bangs" close, which you can hear in the apartment.

Very good location, in the center of the shopping streets, walking distance to many tourist spots. 5 minutes walk to a theater to watch Flamingo show. supermarkets nearby.

room is pretty small, but has everting we need. can improve on the cleanliness a bit. noisy at night, can hear people shouting from the streets
