Perfect Apartment

Great apartment which was clean and fully equpped. Fantastic location with everything you need close by and within walking distance. Good communication before we arrived as well, thank you!

No disposa de parking i es dificil aparcar per la zona. La piscina es poc acollidora.

Apartment is in walking distance from beach, city center, Loro Park. Has a big terrace, which is a big plus. Kitchen is equiped with everything you need. The building is quiet. Owners are very nice and helpfull with all you need.

Nice neighborhood. Beach positioned right outside. All amenities included inside apartment. Close to main attractions.

Big terasse with morning sunshine. Washing machine. Nicely decorated with an eye for detail.

There is no dining table, only 3 chairs at the bar, apartment is not appropriate for 4 people. It said 2 sofa beds (it is just one big sofa bed, enough for 2 people, but we searched for 2 seperate ones). Limited availability of pans (some very old and destroyed ones), very soft bed, maintainince in the bathroom (light). Not so perfect apartment, but decent apartment, we were a bit surprised it had so faboulus reviews.

Location close to Loro Parque and easy access to bus station. Short walk to the centre of town. Extremely clean and comfortable apartment.

Oven did not work, but there was a microwave.

The host was super kind and always available fast if there was any question during and also before the booking, she was really motivated to fulfill all requests like a portable heating if needed, new towels, early check-in without extra-charge and asked several times if we need anything else. The appartment is located very close to the beach between city center and Loro Park (both about 10-15 minutes walking which is perfect in my opinion). There are two shops directly at the building that open early and close late and they are only slightly more expensive than the normal supermarket (also have kind employees there) If you really want to look for every cent you can also go to Alteza in the city which is a big normal supermarket and is also only 10-15 minutes by walking. Also some nice foodplaces are around the building, especially santi's grill (best burgers i had so far and i am eating many of them 😉) The appartment itself has everything you need (waterkettle, microwave, capsule-machine for coffee, toaster, pans, dishes, plates and also basic thing like plastic-wrap, aluminiumpaper, salt/pepper, sugar, oil, some herbs) for at least 4 people. Only the oven isn't working, but you do not need it if there is a microwave and stoves My girlfriend and me were staying there as a couple, my dad and a friend of him were staying in another pension in the city and often came to us for breakfast (i will send pictures for better imagination). It also has a big balcony with a table, a bank and two chairs which was more than enough for the 4 of us to have breakfast in the morning outside. Inside is enough space too. And the local food (fuits, cheese, ham, chorizo, bakeries etc.) is tasting great, i prefer it over every hotel-buffet. What can i say, the name is fitting and although it seems comparable simple, you have all what you need for a really good price

Well, i think if you try to find something hard enough, you can always find something. But i had an amazing stay in this appartment, so i do not even want to try. Biggest problem waa, that the time of our holidays was too short 😉

The location, how comfortable it was. Nearby public parking. Close to shops as well.
