It was a great spot, nice beach just across the street, lots of grocery and restaurant options nearby. Balcony was fantastic to sit and enjoy our morning coffees before starting the day. Host was great, easy to communicate with, gave us great info.

Location was fine. About 10/15 minute was to the old town, but there are shops and restaurants nearby.

The apartment is very well organised, with all the amenities - you could stay there for long term. I wish we could have stayed for more than 2 nights :) The kitchen is fully equipped, extra towels/beach blankets are available, also a wonderful balcony/terrace with sits and nice view. And if you want even a better view - it is easy to go to the rooftop where a small swimming pool is. The apartment is very close to a nice beach and promenade, the Loro Parque is also nearby. Additionally, we could park our car for free at the nearby spot (which is not a well maintained parking, but was fine).

Just a suggestion - to have a curtain or something in the shower because otherwise the water splashes too much around.

"Between birds and lush plants"

The appartment is very well equipped and has a beautiful, large balcony from which you can see and hear a lot of birds. Big smart tv. Very close to the beach, just seperated by a road and a beautiful subtropical garden. Also plenty of shops for groceries within walking distance. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Just wonderful! Oh! And the HALLWAY! All the green hanging plants!

The mattress was too soft for our taste, but we slept good enough. Even with the rooster concerts ;)

"We had a great stay at the aparment and can recommend going there!"

The owner welcomed us, explained everything and gave us the keys. The aparment was clean and has a nice balcony, all basic kitchen utilities are available. The rooftop can also be used which offers a great view. There were also beach towels and sunshade provided by the owner. The apartment is at a very good location and everything can be reached by foot (loro parque 10 minutes, beach 3 minutes, city center 10 minutes, small supermarket 1 minute, large supermarket 10 minutes).

There is no privat parking spot available. We always found a free spot in the streets around the building or at a small parking area. Latter one however is 'serviced' by homeless people who want to have tips. We were off season, but I can imagine that finding a parking spot during high season can be a bit tricky.
