Ático en Céntrico edificio cerca de la Gran Vía - Madrid

Me gusto todo en su conjunto,el apartamento precioso y no puede ser más céntrico.

Lokacija je izvanredna. Čisto je i uredno. Sve je bilo po dogovoru.

Daljinski od klime nije radio, palili smo klimu preko samog uređaja pa je intenzitet uvijek bio isti, to nam se nije svidjelo. Također, uplata depozita dosta usporava cijeli proces, ali u redu, na vrijeme smo ušli u apartman. Madrac je neudoban i propada.

The Location

Even before arriving to the room, we already had a bad time. We sent the deposit before 3pm trough revolut, which confirmed the money had already been sent to the owner. But for some reason they didn’t want to give us the check in details so we could enter home. We understand if they haven’t received the money they should doubt and be aware of people’s bad intentions.. But for 2h we were trying to call. No calls were answered. For 2h we were outside waiting for a response… he didn’t want to meet us there to see the confirmation, he didn’t want any transaction receipts/ proofs that the money had already arrived which was just awkward and led us staying in the sun with no help at all. We were also afraid this could be a scam and that we would have no place to stay somewhere we don’t know. There was no regard or worry for us guests, no initiative to help us besides just waiting for the money to get in is account. Even with receipts. His advise after 2h was for us to dislocate to one baggage locker and pay another deposit, and he said he would return us the other deposit if it entered his account. With no other solution there we went ready to pay another deposit because we didn’t want to stay in the streets. And for our suprise we get there and everything is ok, luckily we didn’t have to pay another deposit but just this inconvenient almost ruined our entire day. And croissants in the kitchen for guests were outdated. mattress was not very clean. Location on the other end was perfect, just to many stairs and no lift to get to the 4th floor

It was really nice place, with a good location, very clean and it has everything we needed.

As we were having a long trip, we had big suitecases or luggage. So, as it was on the 4th floor without an elevator or a lift, it was really exhausting to move everything. So we don’t recommend it unless you’re traveling with small bags. Another thing was the deposit you needed to send to the property, in case you have exchange currencies, then you lost money doing those transactions and the host make the rules happen, so better you do the transaction or no help will be given.

Great location on a small road off a busy area, so you are right in beside city centre, but the apartment is quiet and hidden. It was big enough and had almost everything you could ask for. Used the kitchen to cook dinner one night and everything was easy. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and shower was great

The only draw back was the fact it's on the 4th floor and there is no lift, so there is a lot of stairs to get in/out, which is not fun when you've been out all day/night, or even if you need to just go out to the shop

Don't go!!! The owners are not trustable at all. First, I sent them 100 euros deposit . They should give it back to you 3 days after the check out or at least 7 days. They gave me my money 10 days later but only after 2 messages and 2 phone calls that Booking made to them!!! And of course the money was not the same amount because they charged me fees using Paypal. When I sent them the money with Paypal, I never charged them with fees. Booking was kind enough to give me the money difference. Second, The first day I arrived I called 3 different numbers for getting help because the air conditioning was not working and they never replied. I was freezing..only 3 degrees... I sent them a message for help and telling them I wanted to talk to them. They kept writing but any help and no calls from them. Only message repeating what I already knew for turning on the air condition. I had to call a friend to get help. There is not elevator. So when you are back and tired after touring, you have to climb steps. Madrid has several better spots to go..
