The positive sides: •good location •beautiful view from the window •visually, the apartment looks nice at first glance •the beach is only one minute away •there is a small café nearby (coffee and pastries are average, but the staff there are very nice) •a small shop nearby •public transport stop very close as well

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT BEFORE BOOKING. Now, the actual review. The apartment was noticeably smaller in reality than it looked in the photos. The pictures create the impression of much more space, but in person it feels quite compact. It was manageable overall — two bedrooms and a living room — but our expectations were definitely different. The facilities were another issue. Technically, some things were there, but in practice they were barely usable: there was a washing machine, but no capsules or detergent there was a router, but the Wi-Fi did not work (and this was not a temporary issue — even after an hour of trying, it was never fixed) there was an empty liquid soap dispenser, but no actual soap there was only one half-empty “3-in-1” bottle (shampoo/body wash), clearly not enough for several guests It felt like the apartment was prepared just “for appearance” rather than for actual comfortable living. Hot water runs out very quickly. If you are staying with more than one person, be prepared to wait 15–20 minutes between showers. This is extremely inconvenient, especially after traveling or coming back from the beach. Cleanliness was disappointing: pillows, towels, and bed linen were dirty the apartment was dusty overall, it felt like cleaning was either very superficial or had not been done properly for a long time Comfort was also questionable. The apartment felt cold. There is an air conditioner, but it is almost impossible to use because it has a very strong unpleasant smell. A separate note about the staff.When we arrived, we were welcomed by a very pleasant young man named Pablo — polite, calm, and helpful. He explained everything clearly, and honestly, he was one of the few genuinely positive parts of this stay.

Piękny widok dobra lokalizacja

Неймовірний вид з балкону. Через дорогу від пляжу. Одразу біля дому автобусна зупинка, трохи далі трамвайна. Декілька супермаркетів також в 10 хв ходьби від дому. В квартирі майже все для комфортного перебування, від пральної машинки, до усіх елементів посуду та приладів для готування. Також є декілька шезлонгів та дитячих іграшок для пляжу, що було б дуже актуально для літнього пляжного відпочинку.

хотілось би мати декілька капсул для пральної машинки, серветки чи кухонні рушники, запасні пакети для сміття і трохи більше туалетного паперу;) це все продається в магазині, але саме такі дрібниці дають приємний акцент, коли не потрібно самостійно про це турбуватись. Також в квартирі був несправний туалетний бачок, з яким доводилось трохи гратись, щоб вода перестала безкінечно йти. Не працював тостер, фен і душові лійка теж потребують заміни. Менеджер при оформленні і при сплаті депозиту повідомила, що він повернеться на карту протягом 1 тижня. На жаль, фактично це зайняло 3 тижні і після безлічі повідомлень, які частково ігнорувались.
