Renovado y sofisticado en el centro de Valencia

L'host è sempre molto attivo e attento tramite la chat di Booking, molto utile per chiedere qualsiasi cosa. L'appartamento si presenta pulito e completo di tutto, vicino al centro città e in una posizione tranquilla. Il condizionatore funziona. Il bagno è molto grande con una doccia molto bella. Wifi funziona bene. Il letto matrimoniale è comodo.

Il condizionatore è stato utilizzato poco di notte perché non era necessario, ma forse per chi dorme nella camera da letto principale potrebbe essere un po' lontano, ma sono dettagli. Purtroppo, sporadicamente, arriva un brutto odore vicino alla cucina, non si capisce cosa sia. Non è persistente perché dopo un po' va via e non dura molto, ma non va bene, andrebbe rivisto. Il divano-letto in salotto in realtà non si apre, è solo un divano a cui si tolgono gli schienali e diventa letto. Ok è largo, ma non è il massimo della comodità in generale. Non ci sono grandi disguidi, solo piccole cose che andrebbero però risolte per avere un punteggio più alto.

Lo que menos nos gusto es el aparcamiento que no hay cerca, si no se va un coche. en la habitacion le faltaria un ventilador de techo.

Great location. Apartment was clean and nice decorated. Perfect for two persons. Very friendly host. Close to old town, bakery, supermarket and good place for rental bike on the same street. If you have trouble with stairs or big suitcases, please note there is no elevator and very narrow stairs to the apartment on 3rd floor. Not an issue for us since we were travelling ”light”.

Apartment was clean, staff were friendly and on time and pretty much walking distance to el carmen and other places of interest in Valencia

No lift and apartment was in the third floor

Emplacement au top sans vis a vis très lumineux je recommande cet établissement.

la cama era ultra incómoda, uno de los laterales del colchón se hundía y era imposible dormir. El alojamiento nos lo encontramos lleno de mosquitos y pasamos una primera noche matándolos. Siempre suelo cocinar en los apartamentos ya que voy con mi hija pequeña y suele haber lo básico como servilletas y aceite de oliva pero en este caso no y nos tocó comprar para dos días que estuvimos... todo debaja mucho que desear

Great location, 10 mins walk to the center, 5 mins to the bus, 5-10 mins to Lidl or Marcedina. Park is 5 mins away by foot too. This apartment had everything we needed- well equipped kitchen and the owner left even some essential stuff, like coffee, sugar, herbs, vinegar, washing up liquid. The bed was comfortable, we only found the duvet quite hot ( sorry we use a very thin duvet at home and open windows all year). We had good and helpful communication with the staff and they were very helpful.

We found it difficult to carry the big suitcase up and down the very narrow staircase. If we only had small bags it wouldn't be a problem. There aren't mosquitoes nets on the windows and we were bitten a lot.. Would of been better if there are nets.
