Grand appartement bien équipé. Le parking est le bienvenu. Nous avons apprécié la petite terrasse.. Bon emplacement pour visiter le quartier historique : 30mn à pied de l'Alcazar mais lignes de bus de l'autre côté de la muraille.

Lampes de chevet seraient nécessaires dans la deuxième chambre. Aucun produit de douche dans la salle de bain. Problème avec le bip pour sortir du garage

O apartamento é todo refrigerado, da limpeza, do terraço para estender as roupas para secar.

L’appartamento gode di un’ottima posizione, perfetta per muoversi a piedi e scoprire le bellezze di Siviglia. La proprietaria si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile fornendoci preziose indicazioni su cosa visitare e come vivere al meglio la città. Gli ambienti della casa sono risultati molto puliti, ordinati e ben curati, offrendo un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Un valore aggiunto davvero importante è stata la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio privato in garage, che ci ha permesso di muoverci senza pensieri.

Apartment is really comfy, very clean, perfect beds, nice balcony, great location including parking place in the garage. Host Maria was very helpful and always ready on WhatsApp, even all hour after midnight since we were very late on check in, and I am thanking her again here. We will book again for sure on our next visit.

My only tiny objection is a not so good English speaking from the host, so you might receive not so understandable WhatsApp messages that could lead you to not so understandable check in and other instructions. This is not a huge issue, and after our stay in Sevilla we realized that very few people speak fluent English, but I hope this tiny remark will be accepted with the best intentions and will increase and completely fulfill guest experience.

The place is nice and well located. It is easy to get to the center by walking or by bus. There is a small terrace which we liked a lot.

There was no second key for the place which was kind of uncomfortable for our group as we weren't together all the time.
