The great location and the parking

The decor and furniture was a bit dated and tired. The apartment, especially the lounge could do with a make over and something to make the outside space more attractive.

Prewritten text with clear instructions how to get in the app, how to get in and out of the garrage would be appreciated. There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway.

Great location. Close everywhere. Clean and tidy. In the center but quiet and private. Well equipped. With a cosy but very nice and sunny patio.

Apartment is located near city center and we could walk to center in 20 mins. Master bedroom and living room was nice.

The exact address of the apartment was not mentioned in the booking. We had to call and ask them the exact location and the procedure to collect keys and car parking. The apartment especially kitchen and bathroom were not fully equipped and the blankets had stains on it.

It was a very comfortable spacious apartment with a lovely outside courtyard.

The instructions to find the car park and apartment in a busy location made our arrival very difficult.

The apartment is big, with enought space for four people, but not more, in my opinion. The location is amazing for who likes walks into city center.

It needs some renovation, like paint and small repairs in the bathroom.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, my 2 adult daughters and I visited Sevilla during 3 days. We were only in the apartment to sleep, although there was a nice functional kitchen with a terrace and a cosy living room. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of space for the clothes. Internet access was easy and everything was nice and clean.

There was nothing to dislike :-)
