The flat was cozy, warm and clean. There were all accessories you need at home, the location was perfect, near the supermarkets, and the center (~2km, can walk on feet), public transport near the flat. Everything were great!

-Good position near the station -Fully furnished apartment with all amenities

-Light bulbs weren't working properly in the bathroom and living room -Sofa and beds not really comfortable

"please solve the problem with the keys, there are some shops near and you can’t leave them there or just send a person"

great location, atocha station is 7min walking, there is a supermarket just in front of the house

- you have to go and PICK UP THE KEYS by yourself, they didn’t contact me and I had to go to the pharmacy, which is like 10-15 min from the house ( imagine you have the heavy suitcase!!!); - the towels didn’t get changed and the floor wasn’t clean - there was a problem with the bulb in the shower
