"Logement magnifique propriétaire professionnel"

Le propriétaire était très professionnel et réactif et réponds rapidement à toute demande d'informations ou intervention pour aider. L'emplacement est meilleur près de la station métro puente vallecas a 5 stations de sol gran via. Immeuble très propre avec ascenseur très calme. A côté il y a beaucoup d'épiceries boutiques carrefour. C'est super de prendre un driver vers l'aeroport barajas a 18 euro pour toute la famille mieux que le metro.

"Good value for money, a little of bad luck"

Good location, close to the metro. In 25 min, you are in the city center. The place was truly clean, spotless. The balcony in apartment 3.1 is a great place to take some rest and enjoy the nice weather.

The was a lack of electricity in apartment for 1 day and a lack of warm water in the same apartment for 1 day. The sofa bed in room 2.1 couldn't be properly extended and it was not really comfortable.

"A decent location"

The apartament is overall a good choice for a few nights stay. We stayed 4 nights here. Everything is well conected, you have the direct metro line to the city center at 2 minutes walk, there is also a non stop grocery store, so it's prety convenient. The bed was comfortable. Regarding the comments that said the neighborhood is not safe, i wanted to say that this is to a certain extend not true. I felt safe at night, if you mind your own business there won't be any problems. Indeed it is a bit of a modest area but it's nothing unusual for a big city in europe. I felt safer than other big neighborhoods from Europe.

The bedroom was a bit dark during the day, the cleaning was overall good although we found some hairs in the bathroom. The door was pretty creaky, so i think it needs some oil and also doesn't seem very soundproof.

Ca a fost aproape de centru

Patul a fost destul de incomod - si locatia nu prea ne a placut dar are avantajul ca e aproape de metrou!
