Servicio postventa lamentable. NO HACEN FACTURAS, son EMPRESAS FRAUDULENTAS

NO emiten facturas. Nos quieren cobrar el IVA a posteriori del cobro del local. Son desagradables y trabajan con IAS.

Apartament ogólnie bardzo fajny – czysto, przyjemnie i wszystko, co potrzebne, było na miejscu. Pobyt oceniam pozytywnie, jednak daję 4 gwiazdki z dwóch powodów.

Po pierwsze, na sofie w salonie pod prześcieradłem na materacu było dużo włosów – wyglądało to tak, jakby ktoś zapomniał tam posprzątać lub wymienić prześcieradło. W innych miejscach było czysto, problem dotyczył tylko tego jednego miejsca. Druga sprawa to kod dostępu. Pierwszy wygenerowany kod nie otwierał ani klatki, ani mieszkania. Drugi kod otworzył mieszkanie, ale nadal nie działał do klatki. Dobrze, że była z nami druga rodzina i mogliśmy wchodzić do klatki na ich kodzie. Niedziałający kod jest bardzo stresujący, szczególnie po podróży.

El apartamento es muy completo para una visita a Madrid. Está cerca del centro, a menos de 100 metros llegas a la estación de Metro. En 10 minutos te plantas en la Puerta del Sol. Las camas ámplias y cómodas. Pudimos aparcar en la zona sin problemas.

La ubicación es buena, pero por la noche si vas con niños puede dar un poco de miedito. Pero se sale a la avenida principal y directo al metro y se acaban los problemas.

Mieszkanie w spokojnej lokalizacji, blisko sklepie i lokali gastronomicznych.Czysto i przyjemnie.

Problem może stanowić ciasną łazienka i po rozłożeniu sofy, zostaje mało miejsca.

Había muchísimo ruido, si vas por trabajo o con familia no te lo recomiendo, les hice saber que había demasiado escándalo y que eran las 3 de la mañana y no se podía dormir, su respuesta fue que le dijera el piso, en vez de solucionar el problema e ir ellos a ver de dónde venía el ruido.
