clean, well lit, very spacious and in a cute part of old town. elevator: great!!! strong wifi

the couch isn't confortable AT ALL . The bed upstairs is decent but the couch downstairs , described as a pull up bed, is so rigid.

Location, close to the sights

It was noisier than expected. Other reviews indicated it was quiet but this particular apartment wasn't. You do hear noises from the street and the other apartments.

This is my second time staying here. The best accommodation in Valencia. Apartment was very clean, with well equipment kitchen. Great location, near to many attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff on the reception was friendly and very helpful. Good communication and easy collect the property keys. Thank you so much, PalomarGroup ,for the comfortable stay. We had an amazing trip and we are definitely going to come back !!!

The apartment was different to standard apartments with the mezzanine bedroom which was lovely. I would be delighted to stay there again - it was so central - fabulous. Also Palomar were great to deal with .

I would have liked beach towels - they usually are provided when you’re close to a beac.

Excellent location in the historic centre. Having 2 bathrooms is a plus.

Very bad soundproofing, you could hear the neighbor’s TV. Also the apartment could benefit from more modern kitchen appliances, including a new fridge

Nice location- close in but still quiet at night. WiFi worked great, loved having two (1.5) bathrooms. The ability to do laundry was great. Easy to get in and out, great access to wander around old town.

The stairs are a bit painful on bare feet, especially after a shower. Sofa bed not terribly comfortable. The ridge in the middle wasn’t nice.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from The Central Market, cafes and restaurants at every street corner, it felt authentic! Taxis are readily available, and most importantly, the cost of eating out and getting around is much cheaper than expected in a huge city! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay, check in was super easy, even late at night! Everything was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels etc were provided. Perfect for a city break.

That we didn't stay longer! If I was to be critical of the apartment, I would say the shower needs refurbished, a little bit of mould around the shower could easily be removed, but the shower itself lacked pressure! The street can be noisy, but remember you are in a city!
