very well located, extremely clean, easy to access, spacious, fully equiped, quiet,flexible and nice staff

lacks a bit of charm, but looks exactly like the pictures, so no surprise

the property is well located, just 10 min on foot to the centre, the room was very clean at the arrival and exactly how it looks on the photos. the staff was very nice and helpful. A perfect location for a couple holiday

the stairs are a little bit loud and you can hear people in the other rooms, but this didn’t compromise our stay

Lovely clean and well furnished property in barrio el Carmen. We were very impressed with the layout - it felt more spacious than we expected. The kitchen was clean and well equipped and there were 2 toilets (1 part of an ensuite bathroom). The building had a lift which was a nice surprise and the air-conditioning in the apartment was very welcome in the heat of a Valencian August! Lovely neighborhood and the apartment was a great base from which to explore. We had everything we needed and would happily stay again.

The walls are noticeably quite thin so we could hear the neighbours on occasion - wasn't too much of an issue but occasionally heard sounds overnight. The stairs to the mezzanine are quite steep - not a problem for us, but worth bearing in mind if you have any mobility issues.
