Il palazzo, elegante e ben ristrutturato, è perfettamente ubicato tra Plaza Mayor ed il Mercato di San Miguel.

Quando ho chiesto una pulizia dell’appartamento ed un nuovo cambio di asciugamani mi è stato chiesto una maggiorazione di prezzo.

"ERREUR: Logement POUR TROIS et non quatre adultes."

Bonjour Nous avons apprécié la situation très centrale. La clarté du salon. Le lave-vaisselle . Gentillesse et efficience du personnel.

PAS DE MESSAGE DE BIENVENUE , pas de manuel d'utilisation pour les appareils TV, FOUR . Tres peu de vaisselle. Pas beaucoup de gentillesse de la part de Renthas. Une seule dosette lave-vaisselle pour 6 jours à 4 personnes et nous avons quand même payé 1384,62€ pour 5 nuits/6 jours et 4 personnes. Donc l'un de nous 4 n'a pas pu loger dans la chambre trop petite car chambre d'appoint avec 1 lit simple cf photos trompeuses Booking.com. Surtout c'est un bel appartement pour TROIS ADULTES et non 4 personnes OU BIEN 2 adultes+2 (PETITS)enfants car la chambre d'appoint est très petite et ne contient qu'un seul lit simple. Pour y loger 2 adultes, manque d'air tellement c'est petit et Il faut retirer le lit d'appoint qui est sous le lit simple, et se retrouve au ras du sol ET ON NE PEUT NI FERMER NI OUVRIR LA PORTE cf mes photos; INTIMITÉ=zéro. Pas de meuble de rangement dans la toute petite chambre, pas de table de nuit ni de lampe de chevet ;impossible de lire au lit. J'ai des photos qui ne correspondent pas à l'annonce Booking puisque la chambre très petite n'a qu'un seul lit simple sur la photo Booking. La chambre double il n'y a qu'une seule table de chevet et une seule lampe de chevet mais taille correcte, lit King site. Pas de fenêtre pour la WC Salle d'eau.... Très bruyant car mal insonorisé ( voisins travaux en face, chiens dans la rue, poubelles etc) Et également des travaux en face et dans la rue.Mais là Renthas n'y peut rien.

Location, the aesthetic of the place.. in a beautiful building with great views

Bit miserly on things like coffee pods.. 3 for 3 people staying for 3 nights, no tea, one pod of detergent and two small rolls of toilet paper

"Nice apartment in a great location."

The apartment is beautiful and cozy, and it was very clean. The location is great, with a lot of restaurants options and sightseeing opportunities in walking distance and also easy access to subway. The owner answered my questions very quickly.

Noisy exhaust fan in the kitchen was annoying. Check in is allowed just at 3pm, which was inconvenient in my case and I think that it is a bit overpriced.
