Madrid 1915 Private Suites

L’appartement est dans une rue très centrale mais relativement calme. Très bien décoré et confort.

Il n’y avait pas de clé ni de verrou pour verrouiller l’appartement de l’intérieur, seulement un code à l’extérieur. Cela ne m’a pas plu car nous ne nous sentions pas tout à fait en sécurité en étant seulement des femmes dans l’appartement. De plus, le code d’accès en bas était une suite de chiffre très banale et facilement devinable. Aussi, une caution de 250€ à payer APRÈS avoir réglé le logement a été demandée, je trouve ça abusif et inutile. De plus, d’après les commentaires Google, il y aurait du délai pour la récupérer…

Location, location, location! First time in Madrid. Exceptional, charming location. Beautiful old building. Able to walk everywhere. Fabulous food everywhere including literally right out the front door. Very nicely renovated, comfortable apartment. Super sound proof windows!! WAY nicer than being in a hotel. Felt like a local!! Did I mention location?

Not deal breakers but come prepared. No supplies beyond toilet paper. No tissues. 1 d/w pod. 1 pod regular coffee. About 30 ml of dish soap. But Carrefour Express 3 min walk! Laundry is washer only. No detergent. Shower can only be run at half volume max or massive flooding. We used towels to build a dam. No service on room. Had 3 sets of towels for the week for 2 and the shower dam. No broom or dustpan, so floor gets gritty quickly and can’t tidy up at all. Good hanging closet space, but drawers not accessible.
