Encontramos algunos fallos, que hacían que todas las plazas no fueran útiles. El precio me parece algo alto. Y deberían avisar de que es un piso sin ascensor, lo que puede suponer un problema a viajeros mayores o con cargas

For us it was first difficult to understand that you open the door with your mobile… We liked the apartment.

Clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities so necessary for long distance cyclist. A little out of the centrum, but right on the camino path and easy walk to decent cafes and restaurants.

I hated the phone app / webpage that was required to be used for everything. It was functional, but verbose, heavy with marketing, and tedious. External lights, in lobby and stairwell, did not work. Quite dangerous trying to vacate before dawn. Functional but charmless.

Nice place, poorly managed.

The apartment is decent. Not a terrible location but not great by any means. The owner needs to get his facts straight or get Booking.com figured out. The information on Booking says check-in is at 1pm. They sent an email asking when we would arrive so we replied that we would be there between 12-1pm and weee sent an email that we could check in at 12pm so we decided to go straight there instead of stopping for lunch first. When we got there we had received zero information about how to get in so I called the number listed. The owner answered and I tried to explain that we were there trying to check in… He immediately started yelling about check-in not being until 2pm. I told him we had received an email about being able to check in between 12-1pm and he went off on another tirade blaming Booking for sending false info. That was only about half the issues with the whole process. They never let you know that you’ll be getting a WhatsApp message with instructions and then when you finally see that you have a WhatsApp message, it’s about as clear as mud. Also the address listed is garbage if you put it into Google maps. Wouldn’t waste my time or money with Rentxacobeo again. Worst lodging experience we’ve had in the two times we’ve walked the Camino from St. Jean to Finisterre.
