The manager of the apartment was absolutely fabulous, he arranged for us to be picked up from Santiago de Compostela. He made us a reservation at a great restaurant and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we ran out of hot water after the first person showed. In their defense the first one to shower was my teenage son 🫣

There were no staff!

There were no staff! All was done by buttons and phone- a very new experience for me. I didnt really like it. If my phone had no charge from travelling I would have not been able to access the apartment. You need to tell the renters that they must have a charged phone. Also explain how the system works rather than assuming that everyone is tech savvy. I would not have known that I needed to open the apartment from my phone!! Luckily someone in my group knew!!

Extremely clean and comfy apartment, close to everything. Oscar was very helpful and suggested a very good restaurants for lunch and dinner

in one apartment there was a slight smell of smoke but that was quickly dealt with.
