Apartamento con encanto

We felt very peaceful, safe and comfortable in this lovely apartment. We slept well and found it a good base from which to explore the city. It was an easy and pleasant walk to the centre (about 30mins), and also the galleries. There was a choice of supermarkets very close by. There was a happy atmosphere in the square right outside the apartment, with an interesting market on Sunday morning. Eva was a fantastic host and was there to support us and answer questions whenever we needed.

There was a small second bathroom (nice) but it had such a bad smell that we couldn't use it. And there was hair on the walls and floor of the shower in the other bathroom. The cleaning protocol could be improved. There are two windows, but they only open to the narrow space in-between apartments - smelt very musty / old cooking smells, so we had to keep the windows closed. The host did provide air fresheners in the rooms. We would have appreciated a cutting board and bread knife. The apartment is beautifully furnished but some items needed maintenance.

La posizione è ottima, cucina ben fornita, molto comodi anche il divano e il letto.

Que no tuviera ninguna ventana de diera al exterior pero para lo que lo necesitamos estaba todo perfecto

Todo fue estupendo.

El apartamento está cerca andando del centro de Madrid.No hace falta coger bus,metro ni coche.

El apartamento está limpio en general. Si que hay pequeñas cosas que deberían arreglarse ya que dan mala sensación en el baño de la habitación. El microondas mete ruido y tenía restos de comida.El resto del piso estaba correcto, limpio y moderno. Para una estancia corta muy bien.

Molto sporco,e abbiamo trovato cimici rosse nel letto.abbiamo abbandonato l’appartamento dopo una sola notte, avendo un bambino piccolo di 3 anni non potevamo permettere di dormire con insetti dentro il letto e per la casa. Neanche un rimborso di scuse per l’accaduto né da parte del proprietario e né da parte di Booking.Molto delusi!

La ubicacion es excelente, se puede andar a pie a los diferentes lugares interesantes de la ciudad, Mueso del Prado, Reina Sofia, Gran Via, estacion de Tren

Como estabamos en 3, una de las duchas no se podia usar, estaba ocupada con material de limpieza.
