Location, very central, supermarket next door, quiet neighborhood

Kettle was broken and tried to plug several times and electricity went down, bit scary, happened at night. Wifi connection went down a couple of times outside the power cut from the kettle

"Une bonne option sur Valence"

Agréable, lumineux. Accès facile, avec un ascenseur. Le studio est plutôt fait pour un couple. Pour quatre si c’est plutôt des enfants. L’emplacement est bien, Parcours aisé à pied vers le coeur du centre-ville. Top la petite boulangerie-pâtisserie juste en dessous et la supérette juste à coté. La gare routière n’est pas loin.

Peu de choses : L’espace de travail trop petit pour la kitchenette, la VMC de la sdb qui est une véritable usine à décibels. La literie moyennement confortable.
