My Loft 4 You Na Jordana

I can only warn everybody to rent apartments from this company! I booked Apartment „Na Jordana“ in April for one month and I paid almost 150€ per day. After arriving at the aprtment, they asked me if a company could come on the next day to fix the AC. It turned out they needed two days to fix it with 3 people in the flat doing noisy work all day. A few days after, I recognized the ceiling in the bathroom was wet. I informed the company about it. The next day it started to rain from the ceiling. Since they could not fix the problem it was raining from my ceiling in total on 5-6 days. Someone of the company came to the apartment (sometimes with people that were supposed to fix it) everytime but they could not manage to fix the problem. Everytime they left the apartment very dirty. So I had to live in the apartment with a lot of people going in and out on may days doing nosy work in the bathroom. They also did not consider that I had to work in the flat. It was horrible. Furthermore, the bathroom was wet and humid all the time since the bathroom ceiling and the walls were wet. Since it was almost impossible to find another apartment quickly I had to stay there. Instead of refunding me some of my money the only thing the company offered me is giving me the opportunity of cancelling my stay from the day I moved to another apartment. Very disappointing and this is certainly not the way to treat guests. (Especially when they pay 150€/night). For sure there will be further discussions about this. Furthermore, it was dirty (especially the bathroom) and the furniture is of very very poow quality. In addition, there is construction work next to the aprtment from 7am-7pm from Monday-Saturday. In the end I wish I had never booked this apartment. In addition to all the inconveniences, I had to constantly stay in contact with the company, which took a lot of time. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I recommend you to NOT book and apartment here.
