Center Deluxe

Good location, not far from the city centre. A major advantage of the apartment is the underground garage.

The apartment is suitable at most for a couple or a single person. I would not recommend it for a family stay. The bedroom is tiny and smells musty (one of the walls is completely damp). The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable, and the kitchen is poorly equipped.

The apartment is well equipped (with even a washing machine), close to the centre, safe parking is perfect (once you find it). Communication was rapid and continuous (although only in Spanish, which requires translator, and hence many misunderstandings).

The information for parking was received last day, when we were on route; communication was through Whatsup (what happens if someone is not using it?), the messages were continuously only in Spanish even when I asked for information on parking, we had to use google translator, which is far from good. Finally we found the garage, but it was not easy. Wifi access was not obvious, finally we got the info. The solution would be easy: a sheet of paper with basic information (parking, wifi, garbage, etc.) on the table and in an automated message before arrival. Communication should be done exclusively through booking.com, where the apartment was booked, anyway. The bedsheets seemed to be used, but most probably they were only not ironed. And the most annoying thing (beyond the owner's responsibility): there was a drum noise from about midnight to about 6 a.m. (from a nightclub beside the house?), it was impossible to sleep without earplugs for days. Altogether this could be a perfect accommodation, but unfortunately this is not the place where we would stay again. Sorry for the harsh opinion, it is a well equipped apartment at a good location, but others should know the problems before booking.

Easy to find apartment, key safe and communication was good.

location was awesome, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom super comfy. The staff was really helpful. definitely would be visiting again:)

Good location with spacious underground parking next door.

Instructions to find apartment block front door and parking are both unclear. Given they are beside one another, a single image could show how to find both quite easily. Front door access is complicated and requires dialing a UK number to unlock. As we were only using Whatsapp for all local data/phone communications we were unable to open door without calling the owner on WhatsApp to ring/phone the door code for us. Again a little too complicated. At other places we’ve stayed where there may be any complication or language barrier, they’ve provided a short, non-verbal video to illustrate how and where to go to get into the unit/parking. This would be helpful for this apartment. Only one long pillow supplied for a double bed. Two normal sized pillows would be much better as per normal. As much as we love sleeping together, we’ve never had to share a pillow.

Center Deluxe is quite close to the city center (20 minutes walking), a bit further from Alhambra. In the neighborhood there are different shops, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The apartment is clean and well equipped (stovetop, washing machine, fridge, kitchen tools, coffee machine, towels)… we found it very comfortable! There was also the possibility to get a private parking spot for 10€ per day, but we didn’t need it, since we found a free spot in the street. The owner has been very nice and available to help us.

The only improvement I would suggest is to put another bedside-table (there is only one now, but another one, on the other side, would be comfortable).

It was a great time! The apartment is very close to the city center and near the park. It has a full equipment and also included underground parking place. Highly recommended :)
