During my stay in Granada, I had the opportunity to stay in an apartment which, although not without flaws, offered several notable advantages. Unfortunately, compared to other apartments in a similar price range, this one seemed rather average, mainly due to the lack of natural light. The larger room, despite having windows, only offered a view of the wall of the neighboring building. Pros: + Hassle-free internet access was a significant plus. + Proximity to characteristic places and restaurants in Granada is a big advantage. + Apartment Parking 10€/24H or 12€/24H in Telepark parking hrough the parking app. + Provided heating from 17:00-00:00, making the apartment comfortably warm. + Available air conditioning (not used) + Strong water flow, hot water, very hot + Pleasant bathroom, + Well-equipped, despite the lack of a kettle. + Online check-in. Here's a plus as although the system by default wants to take a photo of ID documents, which is illegal but, you can enter such data manually.

What needs improvement: - Strange way of opening doors. Doesn't work at all. - Unprepared bedding and lack of a towel for the 3rd person: unacceptable when the host knows the exact number of guests. - Basic hygiene supplies: Insufficient amount of toilet paper for a family of three. - Furniture requires repair/refreshing or replacement. The chair in the large room is damaged and poses a risk of injury. The same applies to the toilet, the seat is damaged. Flickering light in the kitchen. - Check-out: 10:00 AM seems a bit too early. - No space for storing clothes. A tiny cabinet is insufficient even for one person. - Lack of information about the wifi password (the password is under the router), location of garbage bins/collection. -In summary, this apartment offers several essential conveniences. However, issues related to equipment and organization require attention to ensure a more comfortable stay.

It was very close to all the attractions, nice walks

Spacious apartment, kitchen has everything needed. The communication with the host with easy and efficient. The apartment is very close to the city centre, everything is in the walking distance.

The shower cabin can be refreshed.

Furniture are very old, bed is not comfortable

The apartment is very clean and quiet. It has everything we need for a few days of stay.
