I enjoyed that the apartment is in a very convenient location where a lot of the major attractions, grocery stores, and retail stores are within walking distance. I also enjoyed how spacious the entire apartment and it was just the right amount of space for two people. The host was also very communicative and friendly.

There’s nothing I can comment on, my sister and I really enjoyed our stay at this property.

Nothing - arrived at given time but no key, no vontact person or anything - had to buy a hotelroom for 4 nights…

Excellent quiet location and apartment size. Good security and building standard. Quick response by agency if help needed.

Difficulty with the electronic lock und the absence of keys inside the apartment (was resolved in an hour). The bathroom fan, coupled to the light, doesn't do its job but is extremely loud. The furniture and décor in the living/dining area is rather dated. Dining room table top is unsightly. There is space for a dishwasher, but it was removed. For long term guests it would be really helpful to have one.

Perfect location to explore the city, spacious apartment and nicely decorated. Hosts were very responsive to questions and even made arrangements to help me get a couple of items that I left in the apartment on the day of my departure.

I didn’t use the washing machine because no detergent was provided. This seems like a simple thing to provide guests.

Excellent location, just next 1 minute walking distance from GRAN VIA. Easy self check in. Lift available. Clean apartment. Property allowed check in at 11 am instead 3 pm, i have really appreciated this.

As a professional hotelier: Dated apartment, there wasn't dishwasher as it is written on the page. Booking.com customer service refunded to me 77 euro for this big inconvenience. Treasure hunt for the clothes horse (under the bed) Lack of essential kitchen utensils, no welcome coffee capsules, no salt or oil (this is an apartment and it's the rule). UNCOMFORTABLE bathroom sink and very UNCOMFORTABLE mattress. Dark 3rd floor apartment. NO SMART TV (NETFLIX), in 2023 is unacceptable.

Excellent location near Gran Via and walkable distance to metro etc Comfortable and fit for my purpose Aircond working well Esp with the heat Staffs Accomodating . Given a late check out which I’m most grateful. There is a lift that works well yeay !

The online key entry work didn’t work despite few attempts . They need to sort this out . The phone reception is very bad outside the entrance as such making communication very difficult when u first arrive . I was given the keys instead . The buzzer to the apartment was directed to other apartment making food delivery attempt quite challenging . That wouldn’t stop me from staying here again as will be returning in few weeks .
