USClean, comfortable and convenient location in Madrid. It is close to the Moncloa metro station, which has a direct line to many of Madrid's most visited places. Building has a doorman during the day and felt very safe and secure. Apartment is fairly well noise proofed, which is needed, as this is located in a part of Madrid with many universities and students.

ROUSThe property was very homey and nice. Everything was clean and fresh.
The bathroom fan needs to be dusted, because I don’t think people turned it on in a while.

Beds too small and the isolatipn bad, unfortunately; not good during the night, when ideally would be to sleep and no to hear the people having fun outside...
TRWe arrived earlier than planned; Mr. Jose opened our premises early.
The location has too much noise late at night, we were ok with it, but it is not for everyone.
GEGELocation was good, near to metro station and Gran Via (2 km). Hostess was very attentive . She met us, when we arrived. Apartment was clean and well-equipted.
