En pleno centro de Bilbao y muy cerca del GUGGENHEIM

La ubicación es perfecta, el departamento está en buen estado y muy limpio. Llegamos antes de la hora de check in y nos permitieron dejar las maletas en el cuarto, fuimos muy bien recibidos.

Fuimos en mayo pero nos tocó ola de calor, y la habitación no tiene aire. Hacía mucho calor, no lo recomiendo para ir en verano. Es bastante ruidosa, se escuchan ruidos de la calle y de los vecinos. Pero te ofrecen tapones para los oídos.

Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, lascia a disposizione degli ospiti cialde del caffè, the e merendine anche se la colazione non è compresa nel prezzo. Appartamento molto pulito. Posizione centrale (che nel fine settimana diventa un po' rumorosa, ma la proprietaria fornisce anche i tappi per le orecchie!). La camera con il bagno privato (la verde) è molto carina e confortevole e se fossi rimasta in questa stanza per tutto il tempo avrei dato anche un 10.

La stanza con il bagno condiviso che ho visto io (la grigia) non era altrettanto comoda: abbastanza grande, ma letto piccolo con materasso più grande della base, da cui si tende a scivolare (bisognerebbe mettere una rete della misura giusta). Inoltre non c'è neanche una sedia/poltroncina se ci si vuole sedere durante il giorno, né molto spazio per i vestiti (considerato che metà dei ripiani è occupata dagli asciugamani che si devono tenere in camera), e non ci sono prese sufficienti per caricabatterie (basterebbe aggiungere un paio di doppie prese).

Мястото беше много чисто и на 5 мин пеша от Гугенхайм. Стаята беше просторна и чиста.

Единствената ми препоръка е да се сложат по-големи кошове за отпадъци. Тъй като банята е обща за няколко стаи и още на чървата вечер кошчето преливаше и остана така до края на првстоя ни след 3 дни. Същото беше и в кухнята. Просто ако не се изхвърлят всеки ден трябва да са доста по-големи като се има првдвид,че са за повече хора.

The person who greeted us was lovely and very helpful. We saw her most days as she kept the place clean and tidy. The rooms are huge with plenty of towels, tea and coffee. We had access to a shared kitchen that had everything you need to prepare a meal. The shared bathroom had both a shower and bath. The location of the apartment is perfect. A 500m walk to the river and surrounded by cafe, and supermarkets close by.

An electric jug would have been useful but we made do with using a pot on the induction element.

The room was spotless, and everything was as advertised. There’s a shared kitchen which includes coffee, tea, and packaged croissants, which was a nice surprise. I particularly enjoyed having a refrigerator to store snacks overnight.

Since the apartment is in the center of town, the street is noisy. However, the host provides earplugs
