Excelente servicio Begoña nos atendió muy bien y nos dio muchas referencias en la ciudad de comidas y lugares para visitar. El lugar estaba muy limpio y todo funcionaba bien

The location was very central, with lots of shops, restaurants and the Guggenheim museum very nearby. We had room No 1 which had its own bathroom. The room was very spacious, and the shower very good. There was a communal kitchen so we could make breakfast, hot drinks etc. and a communal lounge. The communication with the host was very good, they replied quickly and were very friendly and helpful. They gave us very clear instructions on how to get to the property. We would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Bilbao. The place was very clean, cosy, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly, making everything easy and pleasant from start to finish. The location is perfect — right in the city centre, just a short walk from the Guggenheim Museum. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

Begoña fue majísima, estuvo pendiente de la llegada y nos lo explicó todo muy bien. El alojamiento está bien.

La cama era un poco incómoda, y la habitación da a una avenida bastante transitada por la noche en fin de semana, mejor dormir con tapones, sino puede ser bastante incómodo.

Habitación muy amplia, piso céntrico y muy buen trato con Izascun. Facilitó mucho el check in y cualquier duda o problema que me surgió.
