Modern house in Puerto del Carmen

Great facilities. Perfect 👌

Fabulous location - easy walk to supermarket and restaurants but on the edge of town so lovely and quiet at night. Only one or two people at pool throughout our stay. Apartment is very spacious and has everything you need (including hairdryer, iron, washing machine and beach towels) Balcony gets sun all day and is spacious for sunbathing as well as dining. Really good value for money and sad it’s already booked for when we want to go next year!

Myself ans daughter had a fantastic 5 night stay over the Christmas period. The house was in a perfect location near shops, bars and restaurants. The property came with everything you would need during your stay such as iron, hairdryer, towels etc. The owner Paul would reply to messages almost instantly and was extremely helpful throughout out stay. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Puerto Del Carmen.

Sijainti, rauhallinen alue, siisteys. Sängyt ja tyynyt olivat hyvät. Vuokraaja antoi tosi hyvät ohjeet miten löytää majoituspaikkaan. Kahvinkeitin olisi plussaa, ei vain espressokeitin.

La ubicación era perfecta, alejado del ruido y cerca de todo. El propietario súper atento y rápido en contestar, las camas y almohadas eran cómodas, estaba la casa limpia.

Faltó papel higiénico y servilletas o un trapo de cocina (aunque tenía muchos productos de limpieza) el que le instaló la alarma no tuvo en cuenta poner las cámaras y poner el detector de humo demasiado cerca del baño y cocina.

We enjoyed our stay in apartment. Location good and didn’t mind the 10 minute walk to strip, pub on way. Communication with Paul was fantastic, always quick to respond. Lovely area!

Only thing I would say is we noticed it had security cameras inside the apartment which we felt intruded on our privacy. These obviously aren’t on when people are in (hopefully). Also if 4 people would be there we would recommend an extra 2 sun loungers. We went to pool a few times too and if there were 4 of you there wouldn’t have been enough loungers as all locked up other than 6 and 4 had been taken with other residents.
