Position, view, easy access, pleasant foyer in the apartment building.

I arrived late at night after a long journey to find that the entry code provided for the building was invalid. I am elderly and was travelling alone and would have had to look for emergency overnight accommodation if another resident hadn't arrived to let me in. On entry to the apartment (correct code for the key safe) , it was in the dark and without power or hot water until I located the fuse box and was able to turn it on. The hi-fi password for the property was out of date. The toilet did not flush properly. One of the bedroom blinds broke when I first tried to lower it. There was no drainer at the sink. There were no instructions whatsoever for using the appliances, altering the heating or for refuse disposal. The owners did not respond to phone messages asking for help. By chance, I got into conversation with another person who had had a similar experience with this very same property two years ago, specifically with the entry code, power, and lack of response from the owners. This person was renting a different apartment in the same building, also through booking.com., which was far superior to mine, and for a cheaper price. It is my opinion that this property should not be listed on your platform until these issues are properly addressed. It is totally unacceptable for someone like me, arriving alone, late at night, and not be able to gain entry with the codes provided only a few days previously in an email from the owners.
