Host Jorge was waiting for me outside the property to handle the keys over. Absolutely amazing place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Exceptionally clean property with all needed facilities. Big shopping mall - few minutes away. Fantastic beach is 5 minutest away. Great host, great place, literally can not be happier.

Apartment was spacious with kitchen and balcony.

Someone broke into my apartment and stole my bag with money and passport. They didn't change my room I was staying and I had to pay for extended days I was staying until my passport was sorted. I felt scared and unsafe. Apartment was on first floor and I believe they got into through the balcony even when I locked it.

Very well presented, everything worked and looked nice too. There were a few bits of store cupboard food in the kitchen which really helped.

The local area had a few places to eat and a nice supermarket but was lacking character.

The apartment is simply great for the stay in Tenerife with your family. If spacious, very clean and well equipped. You have full equipped kitchen, washing machine, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a living room. Each room has roller blinds so you can keep inside dark - really useful when you want to put the kids asleep. The beach is just 5 minutes walk away. The same walking distance is to the shop and small centre with bars and restaurants. The host is very helpful and provided us with anything we could need for the stay. I couldn't think of anything more for the good stay.

Location is great, apartment was well equipped, good cooking possibility. There is a small shopping center with some restaurants just a few meters away.

Great place. I recommend it to all people who want to relax and forget about hectic life. I'd like to thank the owner who sent my ebook to Poland ( I had left it in the apartament). Thank you for your kindness and honesty.

Very nice location of the object - far away from big cities (You will definitely need a car). Beautiful views of the ocean and the mountain from balcony. Plenty of space inside. Easy access to parking garage (remote button included).

Cleanliness - Ants in the kitchen, on the floor, on the table. The floors were very dirty, the carpet was dirty, someone else's hair on the bed, no trust in the quality of cleaning. Automatic system of opening the door at check-in, it does not work without internet and is not intuitive, we received instructions for use with an error because of which the door did not open, we had to contact the property manager and wait a while at street to get an answer as no one meets personally at check-in. Internet - works only if you sit next to the router, in the other room it is impossible to get a signal, Mobile/LTE signal inside is also bad. There were some wifi signal repeaters, but apparently this Chinese crap does not work, so we used the Internet only in one room (the room where the kitchen is located, the entrance room, on the first floor). There was no internet in the bedrooms.
