It is lovely, clean, cosy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, with a balcony and the view on La Tejita and the ocean. The host Jorge was very kind and helpfull. We hope to return at the same place some day.

Nice location good facilities however, everything is outdated. The toilet did not flush properly and was constantly running. The TV was on its last legs. The fan didn’t work properly, could have been cleaner there was a bad smell in the apartment upon arrival which just got progressively worse and we were never able to figure it out. Even after cleaning the area ourselves there were little black bugs over the kitchen counters.

my plane got in around 12 am. I was promised someone would be there at 1:30 am. I had checked multiple times and it was confirmed with the cost of €50 that someone would be there. As soon as I landed, I messaged the host with no reply I called, no answer. I sat there waiting for ages. Once it hit 1:15am I decided to go up to the location and wai outside 30 mins. There was nobody there I am a 19yr old girl alone in a place that I do not know, sitting on the street at 1:30 am. they ended up getting back to me the next morning after I had wasted €40 on taxi and €55 on a nearby hotel for the night which I was told would be compensated, but I only got €50 back for one night of the apartment there was no sincere apology. When I copied the address off the website to find the apartment it took me to a whole other place. I do not know if this is fault off the website or my maps, but once I’d got there the host made sure to rudely point out ‘why had I gone to a different place’. She gave no mention of the night before, no apology. The day before I was due to leave I sent a message in the morning asking what time I could check out how I will check out, I had no reply until after my check out where I was still waiting at the apartment. I was worried about being charged for the late check out. I asked multiple times if I could leave the keys and go with no response other than you can leave at two so I waited there for somebody to arrive. They then arrived at 3 pm and asked me why I was still there and it’s past the checkout time, even though I had no answer on instructions. the tone and mannerisms were highly unprofessional and I felt so disrespected. I’ve got no true apology for the messing up the check in and the check out. I am very lucky i had a late flight back or I would have missed my flight. The stay was nice, but the host is terrible. I deserve compensation on both accounts. I am so disappointed, if you are young travelling alone do not trust these people.

Perfect location, close to beaches and amazing natural pools. Jorje our host was very flexible with our arrival (our flight was 3+ hours late) and the departure time. Very good communication as well. The apartment was fully equipped, it had more than we thought : even the basic needs to cook, clean and so on… I highly recommend this rental.

Great apartment with loads of commodities.

Great location, clean new property with plenty of space for family of three generations, close to possible best beach on Tenerife, La Te Jita, host was exceptional and allowed us to check out a little later at no charge

The property has sea view, and is very well located with easy access to grocery stores, bars, restaurants and beach just a walking distance from it. It was very well equipped, and a washing machine, beach towels, Nespresso machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, dishwasher and parking were available.

No negative points about the property or the booking overall.

We met the friendly host on the arrival day. Everything in the apartment is perfect and comfy. It really feels like we are at home. I highly recommend this apartment and appreciate what the host has done for all the guests.

Absolutely fabulous apartment with everything you could possibly need to cook for a family of 5 Wifi tv with Netflix prime YouTube etc Lovely quiet location yet only a short walk to beach or drive to major resorts The pool was fantastic and never so busy we couldn't get a lounger for everyone Alex met us to show apartment and was available if we had any problems Had a wonderful holiday here and can't recommend enough

Impossible to find any faults we all loved it
