Apartamentos Arrecife Playa

Beautiful apartment with amazing views on two sides. Plenty of space, with windows that can be opened to give good ventilation along with two balconies. Good size fridge, with freezer, and enough utensils for a holiday let. Great to have such easy self check in. Loved the location, a minutes walk from the beach, rental car office in the same building, just a few minutes walk to the main bus station (with easy to use buses all over the island) and a great coastal path all the way to Puerto del Carmen (highly recommended with part of it along the airport runway). I liked the area as it didn't feel too touristy but more for the locals. Nice shopping area close by used by locals.

It’s a nice spacious apartament, love the location, everything was working and the inside of the apartament was clean and nice. There was a working coffe machine (need your own dolce gusto capsules), washing mashine, all the dishes etc. If you do choose Arrecife this apartament is a solid choice.

The balconies were not cleaned so if you wanted to sit there or even enter with socks or barefoot you would get dirty. Also one bathroom (with the washing machine) has a very foul smell, it’s not very important since there is another better bathroom, but still unpleasant. Definetly missed an oven, but not a dealbreaker. In general I wouldn’t book a place in Arrecife again, we learned that it is more a workers city on the island and if you’re a turist it’s better to choose a different town.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and with stunning views through every window. It looks exactly like on photographs. The host was very nice and flexible.

- The bathroom is dark - the only light is very low intensity mirror spotlight. - The double bed are just two single beds put side by side. - Noise from the street (cars with extremely loud music driving all the night).

This is hands down one of the best places Ive ever stayed, the views are impecable, and the location was ideal

Excellent location, taxi rank , restaurants and beach all within 2-3 minutes. About 20 mins walk to open mall ( if you walk down the back streets). Soundproof windows keeps music out from restaurants downstairs ( Thursday to Saturday) and doors, excellent for cross breeze. Perfect blackout curtains.

I tried to contact host regarding, (via WhatsApp and booking.com chat message) , where to put rubbish and WiFi password. No response arrived.

The whole place was clean and met all our expectations. The view is really amazing from apartment!

It was quite noisy, it's right next to the road and the beach so in the morning you can hear everything.

The views was stunning! Really big place. Right across the beach. Paid car park 1 min walk

Tv was small, tv was not smart tv.

We love the place and its amazing view. Perfect for morning breakfast while looking at the ocean. It was perfectly clean. We also got a lot of towels, which we loved since we stayed for almost a week. There wasn't noise at night, even though there was a bar next to the building.

I believe there were two main problems. 1. There were many little ants in the kitchen and bathroom (I think because of the heat of the place), so if you want to cook, better put everything inside the microwave and/or in the fridge. We left our bread outside but inside its bag, but the ants found their way to get in, so definitely not good. And the 2. it is that they do not have AC, and at night and ruing the day it is really hot, so if it was not comfortable while we were sleeping. Besides those two problems, it was a minor problem. The bed was not comfortable for us. We love to snuggle, and the bed is made up of two small beds and always moved if we slept in the middle.
