Location was great. Size and layout of the apartment suited our family. Kitchen facilities were everything you need for a short break. External security was very good having to access 2 doors before you reached the apartment.

The apartment definitely needed air conditioning. To make it comfortable to sleep you had to have the windows open which let in all the traffic noise so not ideal. Would have preferred to have a safe for our valuables.

The unit was very good

It was Very Hot but there was no cooling & the little fans did not make any difference, also very noisy, you could here the traffic & people talking & yelling.

The location was excellent: walking distance to RENFE, FEVE, and bus station; 3 min to the beach, 5 min to the historic city center. The host awaited us at the door of the apartment at the agreed time. Everything went very smoothly.

At first, I understood from the information on the web-page that I had to pick up the keys at the central office of the property management, which could have been reached only by taxi from the bus station where we arrived. However, when I called the management 2 days before the arrival date, it became clear that this was not necessary and the hosts would await us at the door of the apartment when we arrive. Thus, I suggest clarifying this on on the web-page. Another small suggestion: provide soap in the bathrooms. We didn't bring any and had to buy one at arrival. Finally, due to the excellent central p=location of the apartment, there is some noise during the night (people, cars, street cleaning, etc.). While this is quite normal in a city like San Sebastion, it might be a good investment to improve the windows to make the rooms more sound-proof.

Location of property to beach and old town.

No air conditioning so had to keep windows open which was very noisy. No little extras in the apartment such as tea towels, washing up liquid, dish cloth, which we then had to buy. Generally apartment is quite bland with no personal touches. Bedroom socket/lamp was faulty which blew fuse as soon as we used it. Toaster didn't work. Toilet in en-suite was continually running. Did report these faults, which were acknowledged, but not resolved during our stay.
